During your craps-gambling life, undoubtedly you’ll experience more non-winning sessions than winners. Just accept it. You must learn to wager in reality, not dream world. Craps was created for the gambler to not win.
Say, after two hours, the ivories have eaten away at your chip stack leaving only $20. You have not looked at an on fire roll in a coon’s age. Although not winning is as much a part of the game as profiting, you cannot help but feel bad. You ponder about why you ever came to Vegas in the first place. You were a cornerstone for a few hours, but it didn’t succeed. You want to succeed so acutely that you relinquish discipline of your clear thinking. You are at your last $20 for the day and you have no backbone left. Leave with your $20!
You can in no way capitulate, never accede, never think, "This is awful, I am going to place the rest on the Hard 4 and, if I don’t win, then I will leave. But if I gain, I will be even for the day." That is the most brainless thing you can do at the conclusion of a bad luck night.
If you insist on giving your money up, for heaven’s sake send it to your chosen charity. Don’t award it to the gambling den. Every so often, you shall succeed on one of those moronic bets, but do not dream you will earn adequately over time to win back your squanderings.
