Bet Large and Win Little playing Craps
If you consider using this approach you need to have a sizable amount of money and amazing fortitude to walk away when you acquire a tiny win. For the benefit of this story, an example buy in of two thousand dollars is used.
The Horn Bet numbers are certainly not judged the "winning way to wager" and the horn bet itself carries a casino advantage of over 12 %.
All you are betting is 5 dollars on the pass line and ONE number from the horn. It doesn’t matter whether it is a "craps" or "yo" as long as you bet it always. The Yo is more established with gamblers using this approach for obvious reasons.
Buy in for $2,000 when you approach the table but only put $5.00 on the passline and $1 on either the 2, three, 11, or 12. If it wins, great, if it loses press to two dollars. If it loses again, press to four dollars and then to eight dollars, then to $16 and after that add a $1.00 each time. Every instance you lose, bet the last amount plus an additional dollar.
Using this approach, if for example after 15 rolls, the number you bet on (11) has not been thrown, you likely should march away. However, this is what might develop.
On the 10th roll, you have a sum total of one hundred and twenty six dollars on the table and the YO finally hits, you come away with three hundred and fifteen dollars with a profit of one hundred and eighty nine dollars. Now is a great time to go away as it’s a lot more than what you entered the table with.
If the YO doesn’t hit until the twentieth roll, you will have a complete wager of $391 and because your current bet is at $31, you gain $465 with your profit of $74.
As you can see, adopting this system with just a $1.00 "press," your profit margin becomes smaller the more you bet on without winning. This is why you have to go away once you have won or you have to bet a "full press" again and then carry on with the $1.00 boost with each toss.
Crunch some numbers at home before you try this so you are very familiar at when this system becomes a non-winning affair instead of a profitable one.
